Do you feel lost in the woods when shopping for clothes for yourself?

I needed some more jeans so I went to the store to get some.  I thought very simple task, should have a couple pairs with in an hour or less.  NO! I was wrong!!!  Some of you are thinking, been there.

After going to a few stores with no luck finding a pair that fit my body comfortably, I was really getting mad & flustered.  I went on the web to search out answers.   This is what I found, I measured my hips & waste & then went to Levi's, Wranglers & a few other brand name companies sites.   From company to company the sizes for my measures went from 14 to 22,  that's a difference between sizes.   I heard before different companies fit differently but this is getting out of hand.   Then we can add that the length comes in different lengths, that is not a big deal.

With this new info, I went back to the stores armed with the new info.   I did have better luck shopping.  I did get some jeans, jeans that fit comfortably & looked good on me.   When I was trying on the different types & sizes of jeans, I found this out too!!  Not all same name brand sizes fit the same.   I had the same size from the same company, but they changed the size fitting with in themselves.   Very confusing right!!!   Let me try to clear up the confusion,  I gabbed 3 pairs of size 14 from the same name brand,  2 pair I had not problem putting on, one pair I could not even get the top of the waste line button closer to meet.  It was a good 2 inches away!!!   This confirms it, nothing wrong or odd about my body.   It is the companies that are making the clothes for us women.

Women have enough to deal with in our lives, we really don't need to become a master of this puzzling game of clothes.  Clothes shopping should be fun & relaxing!!!  To all the women out there trying to find the right fitting jeans or any form of clothes, you are not alone!!  It's not you but the clothes companies not being consistent.
